Daniel Celaya is a seasoned federal grants expert and U.S. Army veteran with over a decade of experience in Tribal housing and community development. As a former HUD ONAP Lead Grants Management Specialist and Presidential Management Fellow, he has led national training initiatives, advised Tribal and federal leaders, and shaped policy on complex regulatory matters. Holding a Master of Administration in Public Administration, Daniel brings strategic insight and hands-on leadership to every project. Today, as co-owner of D&K Tribal and Business Consulting, he helps tribal nations access and manage federal funding with integrity, efficiency, and purpose.

Kash Parks is a trusted Tribal housing advocate and compliance strategist with 16 years of service to Native and affordable housing communities. His career spans work at a Tribally Designated Housing Entity, the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where he served in the Office of Native American Programs. Kash brings deep expertise in NAHASDA, LIHTC, and federal grant management and compliance. As co-founder of D&K Tribal and Business Consulting, he offers personalized, results-driven support to tribes and TDHEs—grounded in regulatory knowledge, collaborative engagement, and the core values of community, integrity, and service.
